Last month, indoor dining in Los Angeles was allowed to reopen at 25% capacity and no one was happier to hear that than us! However, with the health and safety of both our customers and employees being our number one concern, we wanted to make sure we were doing everything in our power to keep everyone as safe as possible. So what are we doing to keep you safe?
First, we trained our team members to follow the CDC guidelines and instituted daily temperature and wellness checks. Furthermore, all team members, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, wear protective masks and continue to frequently wash and/or sanitize their hands. Next, we upgraded our dining room to provide the safest indoor dining experience. Following the CDC guidelines, we installed plexi-glass barriers between each table and a state of the art, natural air purifiers in all our restaurants. These purifiers were developed by NASA and use UV lights to seek and destroy indoor germs (including bacterias and viruses) and pollutants (like mold, VOC’s & odors), cleaning both the air and surfaces. In addition to keeping our ducts free from mold and viruses, these air purifiers are working around the clock, 24-7, to keep our restaurant clean and safe!
Whether you are dining inside or taking advantage of the fresh Southern California weather outdoors, here are a few things that you can expect. Just like our outdoor tables are socially distanced, we have reconfigured our indoor dining area to ensure that there is 6 feet between parties. Likewise, all tables are disinfected after every visit and our restrooms every hour. We installed hand sanitizer stations throughout common areas and , in order to eliminate the number of surfaces that come in contact with multiple people, we have switched over to mobile menus. Simply grab your phone, scan the QR code with your camera and the mobile menu will pop right up! Prefer having a physical menu in your hands? Not to worry, a team member will be happy to provide you with a single-use disposable menu.
Now that you know what we are doing to keep you safe, here is what you can do to help us! You can call ahead to make a reservation or join our waitlist before you arrive (Westchester currently does not take call ahead reservations). We also ask that upon arriving, please avoid congregating at the entrance to ensure that parties remain socially distanced. Lastly, we ask that you wear a mask while waiting to be seated, when entering the dining room, and anytime you are not at your table.
