Co-Founder and hospitality veteran, John oversees all operational aspects of the business including menu, training procedures and more! With experience in both corporate restaurants and smaller scale locations, he brings a lot to the table and has found a hybrid way of running a business. Along with Truxton’s John operates Stevenson’s Farms, a veggie and vegan product company with his wife and Chef Greg.
Co-founder and entrepreneur, Tim is familiar with the hospitality business and oversees our expansion into new locations. Along with Truxton’s Tim works to find opportunistic locations to expand into as well as real estate opportunities. One of his most recent endeavors was the opening of Georgia’s Lounge in Redondo Beach.
Greg has been and continues to be an integral part of creating our food menus and driving our crave-ability and flavor profiles. Greg spent the beginning of his career working with chefs like Wolfgang Puck at Spago and helping create menus for many restaurants across California. Greg is also co-owner of Stevenson’s Farms, working with John Kaufman on veggie and vegan products. He has a wife and 2 kids along with some chickens at home!
Regional Kitchen Manager
Gerardo began with Truxtons in the beginning, assisting with the opening of all 3 locations and driving our consistent execution in our food and presentation. You will find him training and guiding our line cooks and prep cooks to be the best they can be. He also trains our kitchen managers to hold our food standards and presentation. When he is not in the kitchen he is spending time with his wife and kids.
NICHOLE VAN COURT
Marketing and Operations Support
Nichole handles most of the marketing and social media aspects of the company. She also works with John Kaufman in helping drive the operations and day-to-day workings of the business. You can also find her at our Santa Monica location in the restaurant building guest relationships and driving hospitality. When she is not at work she is out and about in Long Beach checking out new restaurants and shopping vintage stores.
General Manager – Westchester
One of the matriarchs of Truxton’s, Shevaun joined us in the beginning to open our Westchester location and build it to what it is today. She has worked in many restaurants and is no stranger to amazing hospitality. Shevaun helps drive our service standards with one-on-one classes to ensure that every guest gets the Truxton’s level of service. When she is not in the restaurant she is spending time with her husband and daughter.
General Manager – Santa Monica
Jocelyn is our fearless leader at our Santa Monica location. After working as an Assistant General Manager she has taken on the role of driving our business and constantly working to create a positive work environment with a passion for food and service. When she is not at work she is spending time working alongside Tim at Georgia’s Lounge.
General Manager – Torrance
Stacie began her Truxton’s career at our Westchester location and has since opened both Santa Monica and Torrance locations. She is in charge of our newest location in Torrance, working to build our team and drive our standards. When she is not at work she is either spending time with her dogs and gardening or going out to live shows with her friends.
Sally is our go-to gal for anything catering! Working with guests around the clock she has helped build our brand into a strong force in both home and office parties. Sally began as a catering assistant and has worked her way up to be our lead catering expert. When she is not working with new and loyal customers she is hanging out with friends and family.
