Unique flavors are layered into old and new favorites to surprise your palate at every turn, creating wildly approachable dishes and drinks along with interesting wines and craft beer. Come as you are and stay as long as you like, because Truxton’s is your neighborhood bistro. Whether you’re dining in, carrying out, or just stopping by for a bite, we welcome you to get comfortable and dig in.

The first Truxton’s American Bistro location opened in Westchester in 2006, and has been built into the area’s premier casual full service restaurant, providing social and corporate catering services throughout Los Angeles. Our second Truxton’s American Bistro location opened in Santa Monica in 2013.

 

The Team Building Experience

Founders John Kaufman and Tim Foley attribute a great deal of their success to Truxton’s experienced management team: Executive Chef Greg Schroeppel, Kitchen Manager and Chef Gerardo Zavala, our General Manager Shevaun Fritzius and Stacie Lang, and our catering team led by Kristina Miramon. With friendly service and a warm invitation to come as you are, we treat guests and team members alike with unrivaled hospitality.
